Bio
Graziela has been working with real estate in South Florida for over a decade. She is a native Brazilian who believes she lives in paradise here in Florida and helps people from all over the world find the best real estate opportunities in South Florida. She used to be the owner/broker of Realtus International, a real estate brokerage and services company with its main office in downtown Hollywood and has recently accepted the challenge to move to Sellstate Partners Realty to give her clientele a more sales focused concierge style of services. She has lived in four different condo buildings in Miami, Miami Beach and Hollywood, and has helped lots of clients buy, sell and rent units in many more buildings, including several homes in Hollywood, where she currently lives. She is part of the board of directors in her building volunteering her free time to make it an increasingly enjoyable place to live and contributing with her knowledge to help improve the community and help increase the value of her home and her neighbors' properties.
