Grayson Powell has been the Managing Partner with Coldwell Banker Sun Coast Partners since 2005.
His 30+ years of successful commercial real estate development experience, beginning in Atlanta, Georgia, includes expertise in investments, leasing and property management. Grayson is the recipient of the highly respected Halter Case Awardwhich recognizes leadership, contribution to the network, community involvement, mentorship and big hearted-ness in
addition to commercial real estate success.
The Whiteville native is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill and has been an active member of his community including serving on the Cape Fear Council Boy Scouts of America Executive Board. His commitment to the Scouts and his community was recognized when the organization awarded him with the Boy Scouts of America Silver Beaver Award – an honor given to those who implement the Scouting program and perform community service through hard work, self-sacrifice, dedication and many years of service. He remains committed to his community by staying actively involved in Habitat for Humanity and serves on their local board, volunteers for Cape Fear Boy Scouts for America and is a Director for Cape Fear Realtors/Realtors Commercial Alliance. Grayson lives in Wilmington with his wife and three children.
