As Vice President with Brokerage Services, Grant Ridgway focuses on commercial brokerage, financial analysis, market research and marketing strategies. His primary focus includes leasing and investment sales of office and industrial product, as well as Tenant Representation. Grant previously worked for CBRE in Memphis with the Investment Property team, Industrial Tenant Representation team and Office Leasing team prior to assisting with the opening of the CBRE office in Jackson, MS in 2012.
