Grant Nicol joined the Nicol team in 2017. He supports the daily operations of the Director of Asset Management and the Director of Finance, Acquisitions and Dispositions. Prior to Nicol, he worked with Wells Fargo Securities in Charlotte and New York as an analyst in the Leveraged Finance and Real Estate Syndicated Finance groups. Grant received a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University in 2013. Raised in San Diego, Grant moved to Nashville in 2017.
