A native to the Bay Area, Grant Keeler brings an expertise in the listing and selling of residential, investment, and commercial real estate. His background encompasses over 39 years of experience in the industry.
Grant joined the United States Air Force in 1968 and after serving 4 years as a material facilities specialist he began his career in real estate as an agent for Pen Pac Real Estate Company where he later became the manager.
With several years of real estate experience behind him he opened, owned, and operated the first RE/MAX Real Estate offices in Redwood City, San Carlos, and Belmont. Later relocating to the Sacramento area, Grant opened his own property management company, Guild-West Investors, Inc., located in Placer County.
At the end of 1983 Grant began work as a portfolio manager at Vesteq Financial Corporation, where Grant was responsible for managing, marketing, and budget preparations of properties in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
Grant then became a Broker/Associate for Cornish & Carey Realtors, Galli Realty Company, RE/MAX Today, Grant J. Keeler Broker, and Today Sotheby’s International Realty, all located in San Carlos. His achievements, at these companies, included the successful negotiations of residential, investment, and commercial real estate contracts.
Grant is a member of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors and has received several awards for his performance and accomplishments as a broker and manager.
