Grant Boyce is Vice President and a top performer with Morgan Realty Group’s Industrial Division. He is responsible for strategic direction and performance in Buyer, Seller, Tenant, and Landlord representation in the Stemmons Corridor, where he began building his market expertise. Grant received his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Texas in Denton and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent.
He and his wife Katherine currently reside in North Lake, Texas. They enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with their family and friends.
