Graham Woodall specializes in the sale and leasing of office and R&D properties on the San Francisco Peninsula. He has completed more than 450 lease transactions totaling 3 million square feet and $500 million in consideration. Mr. Woodall focuses on assisting clients with the development of real estate strategies and headquarters planning (strategically as well as financially).
Mr. Woodall joined Newmark in 2004 and has been a Top Five performer in the San Mateo office every year since 2009. In 2009, 2013 and 2014, Mr. Woodall ranked as the No. 2 agent in the San Mateo office. In 2006, Equity Office Properties awarded him its Deal Maker of the Year, which is awarded annually to the broker who completed the most deals in San Mateo County in a given year.
