Graham Purvis has been selling and leasing Commercial Real Estate for the past 36 years and was one of the first Newmarket Realtors to focus exclusively on Industrial, Retail, Investment and Land property transactions. Commercial transactions can often be very impersonal in nature, however, Graham's operating principle has always been to embrace the human element and to work towards a successful conclusion that benefits all parties involved. Graham has been involved in transactions from Toronto to Orillia and is highly regarded by his clientele for his unbiased approach. He is a past (three years elected) member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Executive Council, Commercial Division, currently on the Commercial Executive Committee and is widely respected by his fellow Realtors and clients alike. Graham is the proud recipient of the Commercial Network Merit Award, which was presented to him at the Toronto Real Estate Board's Spring Annual Meeting held at the Realtor Quest Conference, Toronto Congress Centre, May 7, 2014.
