Grace is a Partner and Retail Consultant at Landmark Property & Development. In her retail consulting work, Grace specializes in tenant representation for both national and local retailers, working with clients such as Life Time, Restoration Hardware, Target, True Food Kitchen, Lululemon, and many more. Grace also helps drive the company’s acquisition and development strategy, analyzing opportunities in multiple states and across numerous product types. Prior to joining Landmark, Grace was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. During her time at Goldman, she worked on numerous successful transactions, including IPOs, sell-side acquisitions, and convertible debt issuances. Outside of her current role and investment banking position, Grace has experience in acquisitions at a multifamily REIT and venture capital firm. Grace also sits on the Board of CREW Utah and is an active member in the Utah real estate community. Grace graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in International Studies. In her free time, Grace is an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast. Her passions for the outdoors have led her to summit Kilimanjaro and hike to the Base Camp of Mount Everest.
