Gordon Jacobson has a wealth of diversified real estate experience spanning over 30 years, He brings vast experience in property acquisition, project design, and an in depth understanding of the development process to Colliers International.
Gordon began his commercial real estate experience as an architect, and using that knowledge, became a successful commercial real estate developer. Prior to becoming an agent with Colliers, He ran various development enterprises that acquired land and developed commercial office, medical and industrial properties in Utah and Florida. His extensive practical experience of buying, building and selling resulted in hundreds of commercial property transactions spanning more than two decades, has given him unique understanding and insight to all aspects of commercial real estate and the development process. He expands his knowledge base with a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Utah.
Gordon's design and planning abilities were honed through decades of experience as an Architect. He thinks outside the box, and can visualize creative solutions to complex problems. He understands the benefit of flexibility and creativity in every real estate deal.
Gordon has worked in all aspects of the real estate industry. He has vast personal experience in land and building acquisition. He has created very successful industrial, medical and office projects. He also consults with clients for the most favorable use or disposition of properties.
In his real-estate-centered career, Gordon has successfully worked as both buyer & seller, and as architect & developer. His knowledge and experience are now exclusively available to assist his clients in the acquisition, entitlement, improvement and marketing of commercial real estate. He is an experienced negotiator who knows how to bring consensus to the parties, and transactions to the closing table.
