Glenn Verrette has been in the real estate business for over 35 years. Glenn is primarily responsible for leasing and development of the Office, Life Science and Medical sectors of Tuscan Village, a 170 acre mega mixed-use development. Glenn is also responsible for the predevelopment and development of The Artisan Hotel, a 165 room Marriott Autograph Collection and several multifamily projects within Tuscan Village. Prior to joining Tuscan Brands, Glenn was Executive Managing director at Cushman & Wakefield and a Partner at Cassidy & Turley and FHO Partners. Glenn also led Equity Office's Boston office from 1995-2007. He had direct responsibility for the marketing, leasing and overall revenue for Equity's 13 million square foot Boston area portfolio. Glenn and his team averaged over 225 lease transactions annually , for an aggregate lease value of over $3.5 billion dollars. Major assignments included the highly acclaimed redevelopment and re-positioning of the then empty 570,000 SF 28 State Street; the re-positioning of the 1 MSF 100 Summer Street, along with many other high profile Boston and Cambridge area properties. Glenn was also an integral part of the permitting, design and pre-devlopment team for the Atlantic Wharf development, which was sold to Boston Properties in 2007. During his career, Glenn has been involved in numerous charitable, civic, and industry organizations including The United Way, Trust for City Hall Plaza, Commercial Brokers Association, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
