Bio
Glenn Dyke is a member of CB Richard Ellis’ (CBRE’s) Global Corporate Services group. In that capacity, he works with a wide variety of clients providing strategic real estate plans to maximize business objectives. He specializes in implementing creative real estate solutions for his clients by providing a managed outsourced real estate transaction team and directing multi-market account relationships.
Dyke has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has experience representing various large and mid-sized corporations by providing creative solutions to solve their real estate needs. He has worked on behalf of numerous corporate clients with various projects on a local, regional and national basis. Since joining CBRE, Dyke has directed the AT&T Corp. account relationship including the strategic planning and implementation of such creative solutions as synthetic leases, tax-deferred exchanges and sale/lease backs. Most recently, Dyke has directed the Hughes Supply account relationship, including the strategic planning, portfolio administration and transaction management for a 15 million-square-foot portfolio.
Prior to joining CBRE, Dyke spent four years in the National Accounts Division of SunTrust Bank, Inc. He has also worked in a consulting capacity for Goldman Sachs & Company and the Resolution Trust Corporation, mainly in valuing real estate properties such as raw land, office buildings, industrial facilities and mixed-use developments.
Dyke has consistently been recognized by CBRE and within the industry for his skills and service. He is consistently a member of the firms Colbert Coldwell Circle, which is an exclusive honor only open to the top 3% of CBRE’s brokerage professionals. His group was also recognized for their success in 2002 by receiving the CBRE Circle of Excellence Award, Million Dollar Club Award and the CBRE National Team Production Award for outstanding performance.
Dyke is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and CoreNet Global. He earned his BS degree in Commerce at the McIntire School of Commerce at University of Virginia and his MBA and MS degrees in City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
