Glenn has also secured many first-to-New Jersey tenants for real estate owners in the downtowns of New Jersey. In Summit, Glenn arranged leases with West Elm, Drybar, and Serena & Lily, all of which have opened and transformed the retail make-up of this market. Glenn’s recent notable transactions in Morristown total more than 30,000 SF and include leases with Bluemercury, Panera Bread, Millie’s Coal Fired Pizza, Aikou Japanese, J&K Steakhouse, Edward Jones, CrossFit Morristown, Boutique 161 and Morristown Pancake House.
