Glen has 36 years of experience in commercial real estate in Austin. During his career he has represented some of the nation’s major Landlords: Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Aetna Life Insurance Company, GE Capital, Thomas Properties Group, Equity Commonwealth Management, LLC, and various private owners. Glen has exclusively represented 47 buildings totaling 4.1 million square feet in Austin, Texas. Glen has also represented a variety of Tenants including Lawyers, Lobbyists, Insurance, Technology, Medical, and Advertising firms. Prior to starting his own firm, ATX Skyline Realty, LLC, Glen worked for several firms including SynerMark Properties, Inc. which became Kennedy Wilson, Oxford Commercial which became Cushman and Wakefield, Transwestern, and The Don Cox Company. Glen has also worked as an asset manager for Falcon Southwest handling an office and industrial portfolio of over 1 million square feet in Houston, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona. Glen’s duties included overseeing the third party leasing teams and property managers. Glen was in charge of approving all leases including negotiating lease language to protect the rights of the landlord, and approving of all leasing proposals. Glen reviewed and approved capital expense tracking reports, budgets and property invoices as well as reporting to equity partners and lenders.
