Gino has several years of experience in multifamily and residential real estate development. He is passionate about getting sellers as much as possible for their real estate and matching buyers with the properties of their dreams. Gino’s goal is to serve you and exceed your expectations.
He is a long-time resident of the Macomb County and Grosse Pointe area and know the residential real estate landscape very well in those areas. Gino has coordinated and managed dozens of residential rehabs, remodels, and new build homes and condominiums to successful completion. He has managed an investment property to exceed it profits and maintain rental stability.
Gino earned his Bachelor of Arts at Hillsdale College, Master of Arts at Wayne State University, and Doctorate at Wayne State University and have succeeded in careers outside of real estate.
Gino is currently married with two children and is an active volunteer at his church, his kid's school, and his work place at Real Estate One.
