With over 15 years of experience in leasing and managing retail properties, I am a seasoned professional who can deliver results in a dynamic and competitive market. As a Senior Leasing Representative at WPG/SIMON PROPERTY GROUP, I oversaw a major property portfolio totaling 2.1M+ square feet of retail space across the United States. I achieved a 98% occupancy rate by securing local, regional, and national tenants, negotiating and finalizing leases, developing annual budgets, preparing quarterly forecasts, and coordinating vendors and capital projects. I consistently boosted portfolio revenue and beat comparable NOI numbers for multiple years, while adding typical mall retailers to power centers. I also hold the John T. Riordan Leasing Level II certification from ICSC, the global trade association of the retail real estate industry.
