Virginia " Ginny" Warsaw is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Rand Commercial and assists with the daily management of their corporate office as their Operations Coordinator.
Ginny''s Real Estate career began 17 years ago after many successful years in sales, purchasing and marketing. She is well regarded in the industry for her attention to detail, professionalism, personal service and negotiating skills. She has represented both buyers and sellers all over Orange and Rockland counties and now assists Agents with the day-to-day operations and marketing of properties.
Ginny has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations. She was awarded the Prudential Rand Rookie of the Year Award in 2007 and was a Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty Achievement Award winner in 2009 and 2010.
