Ginny Lentz found her niche in real estate in 1990, following years as a financial consultant/securities broker, publisher, and bio/ecology teacher. Prior to her 2020 retirement from full brokerage, Ginny was one of the first ECO-Certified Consultants in NC/US prior to Green Designation. She earned the following designations: CRE - Certified Negotiation Expert, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist and GRI - Graduate of Realtors Institute.
