Gina is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 30 years experience. During her career, she has represented thousands of buyers and sellers. Not only is she an extremely successful Broker, but she also has extensive experience in real estate finance, property management, appraisal, escrows, real estate education and training, and office management.
Most recently she has obtained the CCIM Designation (CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member), which is one the highest designation available for commercial brokers. Currently, Gina is focused on selling Bank Owned Properties (REOs) for major banks and has obtained her SFR Certification.
Gina´s success is attributed to her focus on building client relationships. By providing the highest level of service and giving personal attention to her clients, Gina has developed an exceptional reputation. In fact, the majority of her new business comes from referrals from satisfied clients.
Gina has worked with a wide range of clients having vastly different requirements including Multi-Residential and commercial property sellers and buyers, leasing and property management, creative and first-time home buyer financing, 1031 Tax Exchanges, Probate and Trust Sales, commercial & residential financing and refinancing, reverse mortgages, TIC Sales, appraisal and escrows.
Gina is committed to professional education, and she has taken over 60 real estate courses. She is fluent in Armenian, also a licensed real estate appraiser, mortgage broker, and notary public.
