Giancarlo grew up outside of Boston and graduated from Boston University’s School of Management. He has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. Giancarlo founded Core Property Group in 2011 and manages the firm's strategic growth and business development. Giancarlo was named “one of the top 100 most influential agents in Massachusetts” and is continuously a top-producing broker in Boston. “Real estate is my identity. My top priority is my client’s best interests. Real estate is my passion, as well as my occupation.” Giancarlo’s experience in different market cycles and his innate knowledge of lending markets and economics allow him to be an invaluable resource when guiding his clients in selling or purchasing real estate.
