Giancarlo Pattugalan joins Okada & Company LLC as Associate Director with a concentration on Tenant Representation. The son of two Filipino doctors, Giancarlo was born and raised in Queens, New York before moving to Italy in pursuits of higher education.
He now returns to America to begin his journey in New York City commerce. With high ambitions, Giancarlo is eager to delve deep into the commercial market and is also excited to start this new chapter with Okada & Co.
Giancarlo received a B.A. degree with highest honors in philosophy from St. John’s University and a S.T.B. degree in theology (magna cum laude) from the Vatican’s prestigious Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, Italy.
