Gershon is the founder of Northpath Investments and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s acquisitions and investors relations. Gershon has over 20 years of real estate experience and has purchased and managed more than 50 properties, primarily located in Northeast & New York metropolitan markets. Gershon’s traditional focus has been on ground up development and value-add transactions, and has the experience to navigate through complicated transactions that have significant leasing, environmental, and entitlement risk.
