Over 30 years experience as a real estate broker. Our company has negotiated leases and sales with companies including Home Depot, McDonald's, Walgreen's, CVS, Rite Aid, New York Sports Clubs, Applebee's, 7-Eleven, Dunkin' Donuts and numerous other national companies and have sold major development properties in the boroughs and Long Island. We have leased properties for Landlords including Kimco, Federal Realty, Cord Meyer and many more.
