Director, Commercial Property Management. Ms. Fewster is responsible for all commercial property management, leasing and operations which include budget preparation, analysis of costs, contracts, etc. to insure maximum profitability to property owners. She also assists in the administration and analysis of projects for re-development and acquisition. Her management portfolios have included multi-site high rise first class commercial and medical properties as well as retail centers for foreign, institutional and individual investors. Ms. Fewster earned her CPM designation in 1985 and is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina. Ms. Fewster attended Whittier College.
