Gerald Robison of Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with The AP Group. The team has been the #1 Office & Industrial team in the Mid-Atlantic region five years in a row with recent closings totaling over 3.5 million square feet and 160 million in dollar value. Gerald specializes in the Southeast’s growing Industrial real estate sector and emphasizes exclusively representing the buyers and sellers. Gerald maintains & cultivates relationships with clients by assisting them to maximize their property values and grow their portfolios. He is intrinsically motivated and is constantly learning in this ever-evolving market to help advise owners with plans tailored to them.
Prior to Joining Marcus & Millichap, Gerald studied Economics and Psychology while at the University of South Carolina and interned with Amazon managing a warehouse (MEM2). Gerald won 2 debate state championships as an individual. His team won overall every year he was involved, and his senior year while captain was invited to compete in the World’s Debate Competition in 2019 where he placed. Gerald is also fluent in Spanish and has spent months at a time living in different Spanish speaking countries from Spain all the way down to Argentina.
