George’s practice is focused on representing clients in various real estate and business transactions and estate and business succession planning. He enjoys representing small, family businesses and giving them legal advice. In many cases he acts like an unofficial board member, and clients rely on his counsel to make informed business decisions.
Representing closely held businesses, George offers advice and creative solutions for all aspects of his clients’ corporate needs, ranging from structuring entity ownership, contract negotiations, management succession, and family business transactions.
George was a founding partner of the firm with Sam Goldman in 1974. George previously practiced in the Akron Law Department as the Chief City Prosecutor and in the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office.
