George joined Studley in 2001 and has since managed more than 4 million square feet of transactions valued at nearly $500 million. His proficiency in the management of complex financial structures has enabled his clients to garner significant cost savings through their real estate holdings.
Merging the discipline of finance with strategy, process and technology, George develops and implements innovative real estate strategies that help space users reach their organizational goals. His expertise and integrity has made George a key contributor to Studley’s representation of Accenture and Career Education Corporation, two of Studley’s most important national client relationships.
Prior to joining Studley, George served as senior manager of finance at Accenture. While there, he managed the development of a 4 million square foot stand-alone real estate infrastructure after separating from Arthur Andersen. He then transitioned into the Office of the Chief Financial Officer where he was responsible for the financial conversion from a partnership to corporate structure for the initial public offering for the $14 billion dollar organization.
George is a member of the mid-north historic district of Chicago and the Chicago Architecture Foundation. Additionally, he volunteers at Children’s Memorial Hospital and the Cardinal Bernardin Early Education Center.
