George graduated from North Ann Arbor’s Father Gabriel Richard High School and then went on to Eastern Michigan University where he studied business. He is the founder of G&D Outdoor Services, which he established in 1980 while still in college. The entrepreneur saw success in the lawn care and snow removal business and resides as a partner with the company today. Seven years ago, he founded GK Promotional Products LLC which he still runs creating eye-catching, effective marketing merchandise for businesses and brands.
George is very involved in his Church, St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Ann Arbor. He served as the President from 2012-2018 and co-chaired the Greek Festival, their largest annual event, from 2007-2019. Through his companies and community endeavors, he has grown a professional and personal network across a number of industries.
Jim has known George nearly his entire life and had been recruiting him to join Colliers for quite some time. In March 2020, he happily joined our team of brokers and staff. He works closely with Jerry O’Connor on our retail and office spaces while expanding his commercial real estate knowledge.
