George Harwell is a Investment Analyst in the Lincoln Property Company Atlanta office.
George grew up in Nashville, TN and graduated in 2021 from Vanderbilt University with a major in Human and Organizational Development and a minor in business. In 2022, he earned a master’s degree in finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management with a concentration in real estate. During his 5 years at Vanderbilt, George was a 3-year captain on the tennis team, a multi-year member of the All-SEC team, and a 5-time academic All-SEC member.
Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, he started his career in Atlanta as an analyst with Penler, a multifamily development and acquisitions firm. At Penler, George was responsible for underwriting and evaluating potential development and acquisition opportunities across the southeast with over 50 deals underwritten. He also successfully managed $56.5M acquisition of The Arlo apartments from initial underwriting to due diligence and closing.
