Bio
With over twenty-three years of property management experience, George is currently responsible for all aspects of property management including budgeting, financial reporting, operational efficiency, and tenant relationships. His current management portfolio is composed of one million square-feet, of which 250,000 square-feet is retail and the rest being industrial property. George excels at working within large teams, using his leadership skills to push his team towards accomplishing a common goal. Prior to joining HPI he worked as a Senior Property Manager for Weingarten Realty, overseeing two million square-feet of property in three states, across five cities. George has a management certification from IREM. He is also a proud volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, having helped build ten homes in the Austin area.
