George Cauffman brings over 31 years of experience as an office leasing and sales broker in the Philadelphia office of CBRE. Mr. Cauffman joined CBRE in 1985. Since that time, he has successfully negotiated over 1,000 lease and sale transactions measuring over 4 million square feet with value in excess of several billion dollars.
In his first year as a commissioned broker, he received the Center City Office's Distinguished Achievement Award. Since 1990, Mr. Cauffman has ranked in the annual "Top Ten" producers list from the Philadelphia Region on numerous occasions, as recently as 2013 and 2015. His transactions involve tenant representation assignments, landlord representation, data center assignments and sale transactions to a large cross-section of the Greater Philadelphia business community. Before joining CBRE, Mr. Cauffman worked for five years as a civil engineer. He is a former Marine, a Vietnam veteran and a former member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. Mr. Cauffman is married and has two children.
