Bio
George brings a background of over 30 years with professional experience and education in retail marketing, state government, and commercial real estate.
With the unique combination of commercial development experience and technology skill sets in office building projects, George is well qualified to manage the technological needs in developing a high performance workplace.
The last ten years he has focused on both retail and office space development and leasing. He specializes in Hotel feasibility studies and site location services.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, he worked in public service as the State of Florida Director of State Purchasing, helping to re-invent how government worked and improving work-flow processes.
George is actively engaged in the community, giving his time to numerous boards and non-profits. He has served as the Chairman on the Board of Directors of Career Source Capital Region, is the Past President of the Tallahassee Westside Lions Club, Past Board of Director for Boy Scouts of America, has served on United Way CHSP Review Team. A graduate of Leadership Tallahassee Class 19, he has stayed involved by having served on the Board of Governors, contributing to Youth Leadership Tallahassee and being Chairman of Opportunity Tallahassee. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Tallahassee Board of Realtors Commercial Council. George & his wife Cheryl are both FSU alumni and Silver Chief Boosters.
