There is an art form to working with Local and Franchise Merchants that need help securing Real Estate. My Specialty is negotiating Retail Real Estate deals that make sense for Landlords and Tenants. My Construction background affords me the ability to help my clients maneuver through the development process. The end result is that my clients open their businesses on time and on budget. I have been a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1991 specializing in the Retail Industry. I work with Landlords to help improve their investment needs and Tenants to locate new space, negotiate leases, and/or purchase commercial real estate for investment or specific use. I also have substantial experience leasing out space for property owners and brokering the sale of commercial real estate. My goals are to help tenants become more successful, help landlords buy and/or sell more property, and help associates grow their businesses.
