Bio
Genni was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. She graduated from Wichita Area Technical College and Butler County Community College with an associate’s degree in Interior Design. Afterward, Genni took on a role as a leasing consultant for a large multi-family property management company. She managed several complexes with upwards of 408 units at one time and oversaw three lease-ups for new properties in Wichita with price points of $23 million and up. She quickly learned to love sales and the housing industry in general!
Genni has always loved sales, especially combined with her background in interior design. Genni chose to work with Lange Real Estate because she really connected with the team. The family-like atmosphere is what drew her in, especially compared with larger brokerages! She desires her clients to have an overall positive experience, whether it be helping clients understand their wants or needs or finding a goal sales price when listing their property. In between real estate deals, Genni stays busy with her two young children–Reece and Giana. She and her husband, Ryan, love to travel when possible and enjoy holidays together with Ryan’s large Italian family.
