Gregory G. Arger founded G. Arger Company, Inc. a real estate sales and property management firm located in Spokane, Washington. Since 1979, this family owned company has become a major force in property management of both multi-family units and office complexes. The total amount of square footage under management includes over 375,000 sq.ft. Mr. Arger, a graduate of Washington State University, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising and Marketing. He also attended Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois excelling in its respected graduate program. The Board of Realtors has honored Mr. Arger for his continued outstanding performance in the sales field. He was elected Realtor of the Year for 1986. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and member of the Board of Trustees of his Parrish. Mr. Arger was responsible for the initial marketing planning in conceiving Center Pointe Business Park, which is a 100,000 sq. ft. business park located in the heart of the Argonne-Mullan corridor. His capacity as General Partner along with his brother, Prokey Arger, has been site acquisitions, market analysis, building and tenant layout design, marketing, lease negotiations and property management.
The Arger brothers were involved in the master planning, development and construction of Sunset Pointe Corporate Park which consists of 250,000 sq.ft. of class "A", high tech office space.
Farm Credit Bank was the anchor tenant at Sunset Pointe, Phase I. Their design criteria included one of the most sophisticated Data Centers completed as part of the build to suit. In addition, the Arger brothers have recently completed the final phase of Orchard Crest, an upscale, deluxe 4-story, 200 plus-unit, 200,000 sq.ft. senior retirement community which encompasses over eight acres in the Spokane Valley. Orchard Crest offers independent, assisted living, and cottage homes with an expansive amenity package. In 2005, Greg Arger's son Gene Arger joined the family business. Gene Arger is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising. Mr. Arger's experience gives him a wide range of knowledge in the commercial real estate industry. Recently Arger Company developed Evergreen Fountains Senior Living Community located in the Spokane Valley. This state of the art project features 110 units of independent and assisted living. The project features top amenities for senior living in Spokane. Arger Company is planning a phase II for Evergreen Fountains in the near future.
