I am A REALTOR broker-associate SINCE 1976, and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) as well as a Certified Residential Specialist( CRS) and Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB). I have been the Past President of the Orange Belt Board of Realtors and a recipient of the REALTOR of the YEAR award, 1986. I have been representing sellers and buyers in the Porterville, Lindsay, Terra Bella , Ducor & Springville area since 1976. I use computer assisted Real Estate services and Escrow tracking. I offer Free professional comparative market analysis and I have a nationwide referral network and relocation affiliations. I can offer you legal, appraisal, accounting, contractor and engineering referrals as needed.
Education
I attended high school at Bakersfield High (Go Drillers), and got my A.A in engineering from Bakersfield Junior College after which I received a B.A. in Criminology from Calif State University at San Jose.
