Bio
Gayle brings a wealth of experience in property sales, acquisition, management, and marketing. With over 30 years of real estate experience, she has exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities with demonstrated history of working with a wide variety of private and institutional clients as well as court appointed receiverships.
Gayle has been actively involved in the Tri Cities commercial real estate market since 1988. Entering real estate in 1981, she spent 13 years with the national real estate firm, Metric Realty, as an executive level real estate manager, where her responsibilities included commercial and residential property management, property sales and acquisition, lease negotiations, new construction, and remodeling, in five Western States. Gayle has managed and marketed properties for a wide range of owners including pension fund, syndications, financial institutions, family trusts and the individual owner. She is experienced in retail, office, industrial and multi-family real estate. In 1992 Gayle achieved the prestigious Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. The CPM designation is awarded to professional property managers who have distinguished themselves in the areas of experience, education, and ethical conduct. During 1996, Gayle joined an elite group of real estate professionals by achieving the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, and affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. A CCIM is a real estate professional with proven technical expertise in commercial property. A CCIM has completed a full schedule of Post Graduate Level Courses in investments, taxation, development and marketing all types of commercial-investment properties; and have also fulfilled professional experiential requirements. CCIM’s are recognized experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. It is estimated only 4% of all commercial real estate professionals hold the elite CCIM designation.
Gayle established EverStar Realty in 2004 with the goal of creating a Real Estate company to provide impeccable services to clients of the Tri Cities. As the Broker/Owner of EverStar Realty, Gayle is specializing in commercial real estate sales, multi-family sales, commercial leasing, and property management of all property types. Gayle was voted Realtor of the Year in 2017 and 2021 by her peers in the Tri-City Associations of Realtors. On her down time, Gayle is an accomplished equestrian and travels the northwest competing with her dressage horses.
