Bio
Gavin focuses on Landlord Representation with regional, power, and neighborhood shopping centers in Central Florida. He began his career in Detroit working for Channel Partners Development, later moving to Charlotte, North Carolina and working for Cushman & Wakefield, Katz & Associates and The Shopping Center Group. Gavin spent 5 years leading TSCG’s leasing team in Raleigh, North Carolina before moving to Florida and joining the Orlando Team. He has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate and has implemented and executed strategic leasing strategies for clients including DDR, Kimco Realty, WP Glimcher, Archon, and Seritage Growth Properties among others.
Gavin is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he studied Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute where he continually participates in Executive Learning Programs.
