Mr. Witten is considered to be one of the top multifamily brokers in the northeast with long term relationships with some of the most active multifamily operators in the country that include high net worth families, investors, and private investment groups. He has extensive relationships and experience with the appraisal and lender communities.
Mr. Witten joined Marcus & Millichap in 1999 and has received a variety of sales awards that include numerous Sales Achievement awards and the company’s prestigious National Achievement awards. Mr. Witten graduated from Franklin Pierce University with a degree in business. While based in Connecticut Mr. Witten has brokered commercial real estate transactions locally and nationally.
