Gary Volchok is known throughout the brokerage community as a “land expert”. He is frequently called upon to evaluate parcels of land and advise clients on land-related issues. In his 40 years with CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Volchok has been involved in over 228 land transactions totaling over 2,735 acres in the Seattle/Tacoma metropolitan area including over 880 real estate transactions.
Mr. Volchok’s knowledge of developing ranges from experiences with city agencies, architects, engineers, Wetland 404 permits, drainage and city interactions, to the basic art of building layouts. His relationships with local agencies have proven invaluable in numerous occasions.
Mr. Volchok has been interviewed frequently in print regarding zoning, wetland issues and the availability of industrial acreage. Because of his in-depth knowledge, Mr. Volchok is a member of the CB Richard Ellis Land Group.
