Gary began his career in commercial real estate in 1982. His activities have focused on the sale and leasing of existing product; build-to-suits; exclusive representations; major business park marketing; and investment sale advisory to the institutional community.
Gary has a diverse background of product type experience, including food and beverage services distribution, redundant data centers, state-of-the-art distribution centers, and restored value-added infill properties. Gary has exclusively represented the interests of major institutions throughout his career in acquisitions, dispositions and leasehold.
Gary was a director at Core/Jackson ONCOR International from 1983 to 2000, and a sales representative and manager at Litton Industries from 1975 to 1982.
