Over 40 years of professional experience with a variety of land investment projects that include: residential; office; retail; industrial; resort; mixed-use; specialty recreation; and infill developments. I am a real estate broker and landscape architect. I represent both buyers and sellers of land in order for them to achieve their future development and investment goals. My target market is the Charlotte CRCBR Metro Region. I offer broker price opinions, land assessments, land development planning, and strategies to acquire or dispose of property, and relationships with public officials, architects, engineers, surveyors, land planners, and land developers.
