Actively involved in Hernando County Commercial Market for over 20 years. Successfully serving the needs of his clients in marketing properties and investments. Has successfully developed Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Rural/Ag properties in Hernando County. Working closely with Planning officials Gary has completed many successful re-zonings. Work history in real estate sales has been consistent and has been a sales leader in Hernando County market for 22 years. Holds Florida Real Estate Brokers license, CCIM, CRS and new NAR "GREEN" designation. Foundation for business success locally has been based on a commitment to community "If you build your community! You will build your business!" Gary has been awarded the Civic Achievement Award from the Hernando Association of Realtor's and is the only member to receive it twice. Has been appointed to 6 committees by elected officials including the Governor of the State of Florida. Awarded the "Realtor of the Year" in 1999 from the Hernando Association of Realtors.
