Gary brings an ideal background to NAI Elliott. From his longtime base in Chicago, he built a local, regional and national network of clients, being named a finalist for Retail Broker of the Year in that immense market. He was also a co-founder of the Retail Brokers Network during this time. He focuses on retail leasing, mostly representing tenants but working on the landlord side as well. He brings a well-earned understanding of the retailer’s point of view and needs, and he describes himself as “relentless,” doing whatever is necessary to find a mutually satisfying outcome on every lease agreement. He was drawn to NAI Elliott by the unusually collaborative nature of the team here, plus the regional, national and global networking possibilities of being an NAI Global affiliate. With his specific expertise and network of connections, Gary is adding his years of experience to the Portland and Pacific Northwest markets.
