Gary Greenspan began his real estate career in September of 1979. Over the past 34 years, he has specialized in tenant representation and his partial client list includes Morgan Stanley, MSCI, CBS Corporation and Systemax. Personal commitment to his clients, along with dedication, trust and loyalty, are the keys to his continued success in maintaining these long-term relationships.
During his career, his path has extended to global real estate. Aside from negotiating for millions of square feet for his clients in New York and the surrounding area, he has also negotiated many large transactions all over Europe and Asia including over 500,000 square feet for Morgan Stanley in Kowloon and over 500,000 square feet for MSCI globally, and travels to most of these locations for his clients. Gary has also worked for several large professional services firms including Herrick Feinstein; Morrison Cohen; Grant Thornton; and Skidmore Owings & Merrill.
Gary has been among Cushman & Wakefield’s elite Top 100 Global Brokers since he joined the firm in 1997 and serves on the board of several charities including Special Olympics New York, Fostering Change for Children and Peconic Bay Medical Center.
