Gary A. Gottlieb, SIOR, RPA, has been actively engaged in the Florida real estate industry for over four decades, during which time he has obtained significant knowledge and expertise across multiple commercial real estate disciplines, including retail and office and medical leasing, land assemblage; acquisitions and dispositions; and development.
After graduating from the Florida Institute of Technology, he returned to his native Maryland to work in the family’s real estate development business. He relocated to South Florida in 1980 to pursue his real estate career.
Gottlieb specializes in office leasing and sales, focusing on landlord agencies and tenant representation, primarily in Palm Beach County.
He has a diverse background and expertise in marketing office and medical properties for sale and lease on behalf of high-net-worth private clients, regional and national developers, and institutional clients. He has directed regional and statewide expansion efforts on behalf of national retailers and provided site selection services to automobile dealers, office users, and medical providers. During his career, he has negotiated the purchase and sale of various properties to develop office buildings, medical office buildings, shopping centers, and residential uses, including multi-family and senior housing.
Gottlieb is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR); a founder and member of the Board of Directors of the PGA Corridor Association; a member of the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce; a member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce; a past member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Palm Beach State College Foundation; is a past President of the Palm Beach Chapter of the March of Dimes. In addition, Gottlieb holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
