Specialization Within the Commercial Real Estate Market. Primary Activities Include Representation of Clients in Purchase, Sale, Exchange, and Leasing of Commercial Real Estate. In 1986 I arrived in Kitsap County with a one-year old son and a very pregnant wife. A month later my second son was born and after a way too short month of full-time fathering, I joined the Bradley Scott Team. I have specialized in commercial leasing and sales for 33 years. I have held the CCIM designation for 27 years.
