Gary loves the art of the deal. He works the residential and commercial markets in the following neighborhoods, Spring Garden, Allapattah, Coconut Grove, Little Haiti, Little Havana, Edgewater, North Miami, South of Fifth & Mid Beach. He knows the path of selling, buying, leasing and eases any difficulties that may arise. He has the ability to simplify complex situations and is solution driven. He has the patience and persistence to work through any legal, governmental, or lending requirements and conditions. He has a great attention to detail and a keen eye. He always conducts himself with the utmost of respect and humility.
Along with honesty and integrity, Gary believes constant communication is key to a successful transaction. He is a skilled negotiator and problem solver. He brings to his Real Estate business a multitude of experience across many disciplines. He has been a landlord of multifamily properties in South Beach, has owned and operated brick and mortar retail on Lincoln Road and the Design District, has been the director of a local arts non-profit and owned and operated an urban farm in Little Haiti. He is passionate about community building and creating connected, sustainable environments.
Gary has focused on architecturally significant and unique historic properties. He has also assembled commercial parcels for development. Gary is a graduate of Vassar College where he began studio art. He lives with his family and 2 dogs in a soon-to-be-recognized historic neighborhood on the Miami River. He is an avid open water swimmer and native plant enthusiast.
