Gary R. Eschenroeder is a licensed Arizona and California real estate agent. He has been involved in many aspects of real estate since his graduation from college in 1978.
Prior to Tri West, he spent several years in the mortgage banking industry in Clearwater, Florida, and then moved to Southern California, where he apprenticed to senior commercial brokers at Cushman and Wakefield in Newport Beach. He then led the leasing team for the Segerstrom Family’s 3M square foot mixed use commercial development at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California. Most recently and prior to moving to Verrado, he was a partner in Meridian Pacific Commercial Real Estate Services, a boutique commercial firm which provided a full array of brokerage and consulting services throughout Southern California. Upon discovering Verrado, he and his wife moved to the new community west of Phoenix, where he lead the custom homes sales effort there for DMB Realty.
Gary completed his undergraduate studies at Principia College in Elsah, Illinois. He is an avid swimmer, mountain biker, and enjoys all water sports.
