Garry Hayes is the Director of Leasing for MD Management, leading all sales and leasing efforts for the company. He joined MD in 1995 working directly for the company’s co-founder, Sherman Dreiseszun, and just prior to Mr. Dreiseszun’s death in 2007, Garry expanded his efforts to include the entire MD Management Portfolio. Over this time period, Garry has built close relationships with the brokerage community and his efforts have allowed him to foster lifelong relationships with virtually every tenant within MD’s holdings. He also serves as Chairman of three Community Improvement District Boards. A native from the Great Northwest, Garry and wife Debbie of almost 40 years still maintain a second home in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where they enjoy spending time with family and friends. Even though his heart never leaves Idaho, Blue Springs is home and he is an avid sportsman, who loves the Chiefs and Royals. They have been blessed with two children and three granddaughters.
